  7. This standalone software provides a simple, yet sophisticated means of cost
  8. estimating, and scheduling a manufacturing operation, while keeping track of
  9. the factory workload. Keeps track of jobs, work centers, and time. Prints or
  10. displays the following: detailed schedule by work center, week, and job in a
  11. handy format for use on the factory floor; a summary report showing the entire
  12. factory workload (in man-hours) by work center and week; reports showing the
  13. operations, time required, and work remaining; a report that values the
  14. work-in-process inventory quickly; and inquiry capability by terminal. Several
  15. ``what-if'' capabilities are included. Schedule records may be compared to the
  16. actual time taken, producing a continuing job time and cost record. Process
  17. sheet capability is available at additional cost. The system is very simple and
  18. fast from a user's standpoint, and responds quickly and easily to schedule
  19. changes.
